ARMA Houston Chapter respects the privacy and security of its members and  website visitors. The goal of the Chapter website is to provide members and site visitors with professional records and information management information, including contacts, resources and services. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") outlines the information the Chapter may collect from visitors to its website and how the Chapter may use and disclose that information.

You ordinarily are not required to register or provide personal information in order to access the Chapter website although certain sections of our website are available only to ARMA members registered with this Chapter. The Chapter website collects statistical information on the number of pages, visits and log-ons (requests made to the website hosting server). In the collection of such statistics, Internet Protocol (IP) addresses are tallied to obtain the total count, but are not retained. Only aggregate information on site usage is provided to prospective advertisers or partners. Server log information such as IP address, time of visit and page(s) visited is used in aggregated form by the Chapter and may also be provided to potential advertisers.

The Chapter updates member information from the national registry. The Chapter provides a method for members to keep their personal information accurate, complete and current.
