The governing body of the Chapter is the twelve (12) member Board of Directors, called the BOD.

Process:

Each year the Nominating Committee develops a Nomination Slate for the BOD's consideration, generally in February.   In addition to the Nomination Slate of Officers presented by the Nominating Committee, any current Chapter member can submit nominations using the Nomination form.

Each nominee submits an acceptance letter, a biographical sketch and a completed Nomination form to the Nominating Committee.  Please send letter and form to the Nominating Manager  before January 31st deadline.

All accepted nominee names and biographical sketches are presented to the ARMA Houston membership for consideration in March.  Voting links appear below and are active only during April.

After April 30, the ballots will be compiled by the Tellers Committee.  The candidate/s who receive/s the largest number of votes on the ballots is declared the elected officer.

New BOD will be installed during the ARMA Houston Chapter meeting.

• Voting will begin April 1 and end April 30. 
• You must be a current ARMA Houston member to vote.
• You must login to the website to vote using the on-line ballot. 
• If there is a requirement for a paper ballot, please contact the Nominating Manager.
