ARMA Houston Workshop

Ellie Maier

Ellie Maier, CRM, CBCP, is a 28-year veteran in the Records and Information Management/Governance (RIM) and Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery (BC) industries.  She holds a “Change Management” certification from Prosci®.  Ellie provides organizations with the ability to develop RIM strategies, deploy project plans, provide program and procedural documentation, and support methods of implementation with logistics and guidance for her areas of expertise through liaison networks and associated management support to achieve “Best-in-Class” programs.

Ellie is a Certified Records Manager, a Certified Business Continuity Professional, holds a “Change Management” certification from Prosci®, and has a SharePoint® for Records Management Certificate.  She is bilingual in Dutch, her native country of origin and partially fluent in Spanish.  She has published several articles, presented at local and international venues, and received the 2007 “Britt Literary Award” from ARMA International.  She currently serves as the ICRM Committee Manager for the Houston ARMA Chapter and leads CRM workshops, discussions and study groups.
