The Coronavirus pandemic has forced many organizations, private and public, to “move” their personnel to remote locations and work from home environments. These new locations give rise to concerns about the security of data and electronic communications as well as the possible impact of remote work on privacy. John Isaza will examine those concerns and suggest a legal and IG framework that organizations might consider when remote access is allowed or required, now or in the future.

About the speaker: John Isaza, Esq., FAI is internationally recognized in the legal fields of compliance, as well as records and information management (RIM). He is one of the country’s foremost experts on RIM issues, electronic discovery, and legal holds. He has developed information governance and records retention programs for some of the most highly regulated Global 1,000 companies, including related regulatory research opinions.

Registration is free. Sign up here and you will be sent contact details for the virtual meeting
