PRESIDENT (one-year term)

 Beverly Harris

Beverly A. Harris began her professional career in the Records and Information Management, at Bechtel Corporation, over thirty-eight years ago.  She has led Document Management projects and teams for numerous multi-million-dollar Engineering, Procurement, and Construction projects.  Beverly has worked for organizations such as Houston Lighting and Power Company, Alcon Pharmaceuticals, DocuQuest Technologies, Access Sciences, Technip Offshore, and Newfield Energy (Corporate Records Manager).

Beverly holds an MBA from Ashford University and is currently leading the Gulf Coast Business Unit’s Operations Document and Data Services team at ConocoPhillips. In addition, she serves on the Board of Directors for ARMA Houston and co-pastors the New Direction Community Fellowship Church, located in Katy, TX.


 Courtney Stone  

Courtney Stone has been in records and information management for 6 years.  She is currently the Records and Retention Manager for AMOCO Federal Credit Union. 

Courtney received her Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communications – Public Relations/Advertising from the University of Houston.  She is a Certified Records Manager (CRM), an Information Governance Professional (IGP), a Certified Nautilus (ECM) Administrator, and a Certified Nautilus (ECM) Workflow Administrator.

Courtney has been a member of ARMA International and ARMA Houston for 5 years.  She has been on the Board of Directors for 2 years serving as VP of Communications and VP of Chapter Meetings.


SECRETARY (one-year term)

 Jennifer Bolden

Jennifer Bolden has worked in the RIM and Information Governance field for over 15 years. She is currently serving as the 2016-2017 ARMA Houston Secretary and the Committee Manager for the Membership Resource Directory since 2012.

Jennifer earned a BBA from University of Houston-Downtown and a MBA from Texas Woman’s University. Jennifer is currently employed as a Project Manager at PacoTech, Inc., where she oversees records projects for various clients

TREASURER (one-year term)

 Julie Prochnow



Julie has over twenty years' experience in the RIM and Information Governance field creating and implementing IG Programs for Oil & Gas, Energy, Local State & Government, and Food Industries.  As the Director of Operations, she has extensive knowledge in retention scheduling, data migrations, imaging technology and creating IG strategies.

Julie has been an active member of ARMA since 1998 where she served on the BOD for the last six years and is the Past President of ARMA Houston Chapter.  She has served as President, Immediate Past President, Treasurer as well as many committee manager and member positions.  She also served on the BOD for Southwest Chapter of AIIM for five years as the Treasurer.  Julie earned an Electronic Records Management Masters Certification in 2009.  She earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston, College of Technology.

VICE PRESIDENTS (two-year term)

 Frank Lerma

Frank Lerma is a long-time member of ARMA Houston, joining in 2000. He was a member of the Spring Conference Committee before serving in 2008-2009 as Arrangements Committee Manager for that year's conference.  From 2009-2011 he served as manager and co-manager of the Holiday Social Committee. In 2012, Frank was elected to the Board of Directors as Secretary and served in that capacity until 2014. Then, for the next two years he served as Vice President of Membership and of Community Outreach and Fundraising. More recently, he has served as Social Media Committee Manager. In addition, Frank currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Alice L. Haltom Educational Fund, also known as ALHEF.  

Professionally, Frank is an experienced information management professional, who began his career in 1989 at Brown & Root, Inc., and spent most of his career at the company that eventually became KBR. In 2012, Frank stayed in the information field when he took an assignment assisting in the clean-up of network shared drives, then another as a seismic data management consultant, both at Shell Oil. Frank received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston in 1987.


Kanada Hardy

Kanda Hardy has over 23 years of experience in Records and Information management. She is currently, the Records Lead for a team of six at Newfield Exploration where she has been since 2011.  Prior to that Kanada worked at Shell Oil Company and The Collister Group in various roles.   She has served ARMA Houston for the past ten years with the last four years being on the Spring Conference Team, where serves and Committee Manager for Conference Registration


Kimberly Norwood

Kimberly Norwood has been in records and information management for 14 years.  She recently celebrated 20 years of employment at Accenture and her current role is Records & Information Management OG Lead. 

Kimberly has been a member of ARMA International and ARMA Houston for 12 years.  She has been on the ARMA Houston BOD for 4 years and has served as Treasurer, VP of Community Outreach and Fundraising and VP of Education and Professional Development.

To apply for a position on ARMA Houston’s Board of Directors, please complete the Nomination Information Filing Form (link below) and mail or e-mail with a biographical sketch to the ARMA Houston Chapter Immediate Past President/Nominating Committee Manager. The mailing and e-mail address for this Officer can be found on the About Us / Leadership listing. Position requirements can be found in the Houston Chapter Bylaws which can also be found on the About Us / Leadership page of the website.

From the Houston Chapter Bylaws:

As stipulated in the Houston Chapter Bylaws, the Nominating Committee presents the ARMA HOUSTON 2018-2019 SLATE OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS CANDIDATES below and informs the membership that nominations are open through March 16th.

The Nominating Committee shall prepare a slate of nominees meeting the minimum requirements set out in the Nominating Committee Procedures with at least one nominee for each elective office. The Slate of Nominees shall be presented to the Board of Directors at its February meeting. The Board of Directors shall approve each nominee, however, a nominee may be rejected by a 2/3 majority vote of the Board members present. The Board-approved Slate of Nominees shall be provided to each Chapter member by March 1.

The membership shall be notified on or before the first Wednesday in March that nominations are open and that nominations will close on March 15 of each year. All nominations are submitted to the Immediate Past President along with a biographical sketch of each nominee, using the Nomination Information Filing Form. The total list will be posted on the Web with a biographical sketch from mid-March until April 30 when voting closes.
